Leeza’s
Southwestern Rice
With Shrimp

1/2 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and de-veined
1 cup uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
Leeza’s
Southwestern Salad Dressing & Marinade
Place shrimp in a small bowl and pour in
just enough Leeza’s
Southwestern dressing to coat. While shrimp are marinating, bring 1-1/4 cups of
water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add 1 tsp. salt and 1 cup rice. Return to
a boil, cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 12 minutes. Add marinated
shrimp and continue cooking for 3 more minutes. When done, season to taste with
Leeza’s
Southwestern Dressing. Serve hot.
